This award recognises the Franchise Partner / Store Manager whose store has demonstrated the highest increase in sales in the period over 12 months. Attention to guest connection, efficient service, espresso systems, product quality, store presentation and marketing are all contributions.
International Barista Champion 2010
This award recognises the barista in the Global family who has excelled in the practical skills of espresso coffee preparation and who is unbeaten in competitions against fellow Baristas at regional and national level. This Barista will be judged under Gloria Jean's Coffees International Barista Championship standards.
International Master Franchise Partner Award
This award will be presented to the Master Franchise Partner who has demonstrated high growth in store openings whilst maintaining the standards of excellence in training, marketing, leasing, development and operational support. This Master Franchise Partner will have achieved excellent sales results, runs a comprehensive and valuable training program, demonstrates and excels in consistent high quality marketing initiatives, sets a high standard for store presentation and are symbolic of our Mission statement.
International Franchise Partner / Store Manager Award
This award is presented to one who upholds a standard of excellence in store operations. They have achieved excellent sales results, excel in guest connection and sets a high standard of store presentation. Furthermore, they have demonstrated consistent store marketing initiatives and are symbolic of the Vision, Mission and Values.
Chairman’s Community Spirit Award
This award is presented to the Master Franchise Partner who exemplifies community goodwill and spirit by being active in contributing to their local community. They take the brand beyond the lease line and strive to make difference in their community and are symbolic of the Vision, Mission and Values.
