WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION PACKAGE?

Adult Package Inclusions:

The registration fee covers accommodation for five nights (max 5 people per room), buffet breakfast, morning snack and lunch daily, four evenings events, transfers (to & from LA airport on 2nd October & 7th October only), entry into plenary sessions, entry into bonus business workshop day, Sunday Disney Twilight park ticket. The registration fee does not include airfares.

Adult Package Inclusions (no accommodation – LA residents only)

The registration fee covers buffet breakfast, morning snack and lunch daily, four evening’s events, entry into plenary sessions, entry into bonus business workshop day, Sunday Disney Twilight park ticket. The registration fee does not include airfares.

Children Package Inclusions

The registration fee covers accommodation for five nights (included as part of parents registration), buffet breakfast, morning snack and lunch daily, three evenings events (with Adults), one themed evening (kids only), transfers to & from LA airport on 2nd October & 7th October only), Sunday Disney Twilight park ticket. The registration fee does not cover airfares or child-minding / kids club fees.

Registrations are not transferable and cannot be shared. This includes attendance of evening events, sessions and the workshop.

Over the 6 days there’ll be morning plenary sessions and workshops with activities in the afternoons, followed by evening events. For further details please refer to the program section of the website.

Aboard a comfortable coach, your LA expert tour guide will introduce you to Olvera Street, the birth place of Los Angeles and home to many local Mexican handicrafts. Stop at Hollywood and Highland, the retail/entertainment complex and true essence of old time Hollywood adjacent to the world famous Grauman's Chinese Theatre and Hollywood Walk of Fame.

CAN I EXTEND MY STAY BEFORE OR AFTER THE CONVENTION?

We have secured rates with the hotel should you choose to stay on afterwards or arrive earlier. Please refer to the Additional Nights section in the registration section for further information.

Any additional nights booked at the hotel outside the convention dates are at the delegate's own cost of $189 USD, plus $12 USD Resort fee (plus taxes)/ per night and is paid directly by the delegate to the hotel upon check out. Please note that this rate is only valid for three days after the convention and rooms are subject to availability. Prevailing rates may apply after Sunday, September 12, 2010.

HOW DO I ARRANGE MY FLIGHTS?

Airfares are not included in your registration fee. You will need to arrange your airfares separately.

For delegates departing from Australia, you may like to take advantage of the global online rates available at Travelforce Private or you may like to book with your own local travel agent.

WHAT’S AVALIABLE FOR THE KIDS?

The registration package caters for children throughout the entire program of the global convention excluding the following session times:

• Sunday 3rd October - Building Your Business Workshops - 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Monday 4th October - Plenary Session - 8.30am to 12.30pm
• Tuesday 5th October - Plenary Session - 8.30am to 12.30pm
• Wednesday 6th October - Plenary Session - 8.30am to 12.30pm

Disneyland® Park TICKETS

To add to the magic of your convention experience, we have secured SPECIAL Disneyland® Park ticket rates for all convention attendees. The tickets can be purchased online direct with Disneyland® Resort and used at anytime throughout the convention. Please note included in your package is a Disney Twilight ticket for Sunday 3rd Oct.
