Adult Package Inclusions:
The registration fee covers accommodation for five nights (max 5 people per room), buffet breakfast, morning snack and lunch daily, four evenings events, transfers (to & from LA airport on 2nd October & 7th October only), entry into plenary sessions, entry into bonus business workshop day, Sunday Disney Twilight park ticket. The registration fee does not include airfares.

The registration fee covers accommodation for five nights (included as part of parents registration), buffet breakfast, morning snack and lunch daily, three evenings events (with Adults), one themed evening (kids only), transfers to & from LA airport on 2nd October & 7th October only), Sunday Disney Twilight park ticket. The registration fee does not cover airfares or child-minding / kids club fees.
Registrations are not transferable and cannot be shared. This includes attendance of evening events, sessions and the workshop.

CAN I EXTEND MY STAY BEFORE OR AFTER THE CONVENTION?
We have secured rates with the hotel should you choose to stay on afterwards or arrive earlier. Please refer to the Additional Nights section in the registration section for further information.
Any additional nights booked at the hotel outside the convention dates are at the delegate's own cost of $189 USD, plus $12 USD Resort fee (plus taxes)/ per night and is paid directly by the delegate to the hotel upon check out. Please note that this rate is only valid for three days after the convention and rooms are subject to availability. Prevailing rates may apply after Sunday, September 12, 2010.

Disneyland® Park TICKETS
To add to the magic of your convention experience, we have secured SPECIAL Disneyland® Park ticket rates for all convention attendees. The tickets can be purchased online direct with Disneyland® Resort and used at anytime throughout the convention. Please note included in your package is a Disney Twilight ticket for Sunday 3rd Oct.

October is one of the best times of year to visit California as most days are clear with no fog. Daytime temperatures range from 59°F (15°C) to 78°F (26°C).
CLOTHING
No Restrictions are imposed on tourists. Lightweight summer clothing can be worn for most of the time, but the temperature can drop quite sharply and we recommend a mid weight jacket.
CREDIT CARDS
American Express, Diners Club, Visa, MasterCard, etc are generally accepted in the main hotels, restaurants and shops.
LIQUOR
Alcohol is freely available in hotels and club restaurants and bars for those over the age of 21 years old.
LOCAL TIME
California time is in the Pacific Time Zone (PST) in the United States of America (USA) which observes GMT - 8 hours during standard time.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Normal tourist photography is acceptable but like anywhere in the world, it is courteous to ask permission before photographing people.
MEDICAL CARE
High quality medical care is available in California. It is advisable to have sufficient travel or medical insurance to keep you covered while you are away from home. There are no specific health threats for visitors to the USA.

TRANSPORTATION
The Disneyland® Resort is approximately 45 minutes’ drive from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Transfers by limousine, hire car, shuttle bus and taxis can be arranged. Please note bus transfers are included in your registration package for those delegates arriving on the 2nd October and departing on the 7th October.
