REGISTRATION INCLUSIONS
ADULT PACKAGE INCLUSIONS
The registration fee covers accommodation for five nights (max 5 people per room), buffet breakfast, morning snack and lunch daily, four evenings events, transfers (to & from LA airport on 2nd October & 7th October only), entry into plenary sessions, entry into bonus business workshop day, Sunday Disney Twilight park ticket. The registration fee does not include airfares.
ADULT PACKAGE INCLUSIONS (NO ACCOMMODATION – LA RESIDENTS ONLY)
The registration fee covers buffet breakfast, morning snack and lunch daily, four evenings events, entry into plenary sessions, entry into bonus business workshop day, Sunday Disney Twilight park ticket. The registration fee does not include airfares.
CHILDREN PACKAGE INCLUSIONS
The registration fee covers accommodation for five nights (included as part of parents registration), buffet breakfast, morning snack and lunch daily, three evenings events (with Adults), one themed evening (kids only), transfers to & from LA airport on 2nd October & 7th October only), Sunday Disney Twilight park ticket. The registration fee does not cover airfares or child-minding / kids club fees.
Registrations are not transferable and cannot be shared. This includes attendance of evening events, sessions and the workshop.
REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
All registrations must be made online via the convention website. Delegates are required to complete one online registration per accommodation room required.

Upon completion of registration you will receive an automatic email confirmation. An invoice/receipt and confirmation letter will be emailed within 48 hours.

Payments may be made online with credit card (the site uses SSL Security and 128 bit data encryption), or via Bank Transfer.

Bank Transfer Fee must be paid at time of transfer. Each bank differs in the fee that is charged. Please refer to your bank for this applicable fee. Should full registration payment not be received by Gloria Jean’s Coffees (ie the bank transfer fee is deducted off the registration fee), then an additional USD $150 + bank fee will apply.
PAYMENT TERMS
To secure your place, you may pay by one of the following terms:
- Register and pay a deposit of USD $500 deposit with full payment due by 9th August 2010. Deposit is due within 3 days of issue of registration / invoice. Please ensure you pay applicable bank/wire transfer fee charged by your bank.
- Full payment 100%. For Bank / wire transfer, payment must be activated within 3 days of booking your registration / receipt of invoice. Please ensure you pay applicable bank/wire transfer fee charged by your bank.
REGISTRATION CLOSING DATE
Registration has now closed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The following cancellation clauses will apply if cancelled:

Cancel before 31st May, 2010 Full refund, no cancellation fees charged.

Cancel between 1st June – 9th August Cancellation fee of $500 USD will be charged.

Cancel after 9th Aug & before 1st Sep 50% of total registration package will be charged.

Cancel after 1st Sep & 1st October 65% of total registration package will be charged.

Cancel after 2nd October 2010 100 % cancellation fee will be charged
In addition, a 3% non refundable surcharge applies for credit card payments or a $100 USD non-refundable bank transfer administration fee.

CHANGE POLICY
Any changes made after 18th August 2010 must be emailed to laurenh@theforumgroup.com.au. A $50 USD change fee applies.

- Prices are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
- Registrations are not completely confirmed until full payment has been received and the booking is approved by Gloria Jean's Coffees International Pty Ltd
- Gloria Jean's Coffees International Pty Ltd reserves the right to change the program at any time. Every effort will be made to ensure a program of equivalent standard, but no liability is assumed for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from any change or alteration of the program, scheduling or other services planned to be provided.
- Gloria Jean's Coffees International Pty Ltd reserves the right to prohibit entry to any person to the convention, or eject any person from the global convention event based on behaviour deemed inappropriate by Gloria Jean's Coffees International Pty Ltd staff and/or its agents and others working under its authority.
